It offers moderate postural support with key standard features including an Anti-Thrust Seat Cushion, a 2-Point Pelvic Lap Strap, Adjustable Armrests, and a Tray with Trunk Pad, all of which work together to create a safe and supportive environment for learning and mealtime activities at home or school.
The chair is available with two types of bases to meet different mobility needs. Size 2 and 3 come standard with the Transporter (ski) Base, which includes two rear transporter wheels for easier movement. A Mobile Base with four lockable castors and a push handle is standard on Size 4 and can also be purchased separately for Sizes 2 and 3 as an upgrade. Additionally, a wide range of optional accessories is available to further customize the Hardrock Chair to meet individual postural and comfort requirements.
