Yes. The Oxlife Liberty® is a portable oxygen concentrator that is indicated on a prescription basis for the administration of supplemental oxygen. It is not intended for life support.
What flow-settings does the Oxlife LIBERTY® support (continuous flow and pulse dose)?
The standard Oxlife Liberty® supports continuous flow settings up to 1.5 LPM and pulse-flow settings from 1-9.
Is the device approved for air travel and what are its power/portability features?
Yes. The Oxlife Liberty® and Liberty 2® models meet FAA requirements for air travel. Also, the device supports AC power (home wall outlet), DC power (vehicle), and battery operation — giving you mobility whether at home, in the car, or on the go.
What are the indications for use and device compatibility?
The manual specifies the device is indicated for patients who require supplemental oxygen in home, institutional, or vehicle/mobile settings. It is intended to deliver 87–95% pure oxygen (at sea level) in both continuous and pulse modes.
Can I operate the device in my vehicle, and what power sources does it support?
Yes. The Oxlife Liberty® supports multiple power sources: AC (wall outlet), DC (vehicle 12/15 V), and the internal rechargeable battery. When using in a vehicle, the vehicle’s engine should be running before connecting the DC cable.
