- Usage Guidelines: The Trapeze/Cadillac table is intended for use by one person at a time, with a maximum weight limit of 330 pounds. The maximum weight limit for exercises involving hanging or full suspension is 198 pounds.
What's Included
- Padded Hanging Trapeze Bar: Equipped with two short, strong red springs with protective covers to prevent pinching.
- Push Bar: Made of anodized aluminum and adjustable to four heights. Includes a safety strap for resistance exercises.
- Solid Sliding Bar: Positioned on the horizontal bars, allowing for the attachment of the removable padded hanging trapeze. Secured by manual knobs for stability. To adjust, pull down slightly on the handles to release the slide bar, rotate to secure the retention pins, and slide to the desired position.
- Vertically Adjustable Horizontal Bar: Located at one end of the trapezoid frame, above the reformer’s foot bar. Enables users to define the height of the spring connection point for exercises on or off the bed. Features multiple spring fixing sites for enhanced functionality.
- Short Springs: Special carabineers included. Two light (yellow) and two medium (green) springs.
- Long Springs: Special carabineers included. Two light (yellow) and two medium (green) springs.
- Handles: A pair of simple, comfortable, and padded handles.
- Fuzzies: Can be wound directly onto the horizontal bar of the trapeze or attached using two included carabineer clips.
