PET Warranty
The customer's warranty for the unit begins on the day of purchase and covers 100% of factory defects and defaults only. The manufacturer's warranty also covers defects and faults only, but does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or riding the product in water. However, the manufacturer may be lenient in cases of small misuse. Replacement parts for the warranty may be supplied from open box or floor models and have been tested to work properly.
IN GENERAL THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly of the bicycle Neglecting to perform necessary maintenance Using components, parts or accessories not intended or compatible with the bicycle Damage or failure caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect Costs for labor associated with replacing or changing parts Use of the bicycle in commercial activities, such as rental, demonstration or security fleet.
