Flexabed Delivery Access Requirements & Failed Delivery Policy
Customers are responsible for notifying Skyward Medical before placing an order of any potential delivery access restrictions, including small or narrow elevators, service elevators, stairways, hallways, doorways, or other obstacles that may prevent the safe delivery of an ordered product.
Flexabed adjustable beds, especially larger models, may require substantial clearance for transportation into a residence. Customers should verify that all access points can accommodate the product and its packaging. If you are unsure whether delivery is feasible, please contact our team before ordering so we can help assess the delivery requirements.
Failed Deliveries Due to Access Restrictions
If a delivery attempt fails because the product cannot fit through the available elevators, stairways, doorways, hallways, or other access points, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping, return shipping, redelivery, and processing fees incurred as a result.
Skyward Medical is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from undisclosed access restrictions. By placing an order, customers acknowledge their responsibility to disclose potential access limitations in advance and understand that additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed.
Please contact our team before placing your order if you have any concerns about delivery access. We are happy to help you determine the feasibility of delivery and minimize the risk of unexpected costs.
