The Med-Mizer Active Care Rotating Bed is a motorized pivot bed designed to help users sit up, stand, and transfer with one-touch ease. Its Auto-Pivot function is integrated into the hand pendant so the mattress deck smoothly rotates into a full-chair position—letting the user place their feet on the floor and exit the bed without scooting or swinging their legs over the side, which improves independence and safety. 

Available in two frame options (fixed height or power adjustable height), the Active Care supports up to 600 lbs., offers a sleeping surface available in common sizes, and (on the adjustable frame) moves from approximately 12.5" to 27.5" deck height to meet different caregiver and transfer needs.

The bed also provides generous articulation (back angles up to ~80° and knee lift around 30°) and a range of optional accessories—making it suitable for homecare, neurological or mobility-impaired users, and situations where safer, more comfortable transfers are required.
