Med-Mizer, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of Lifetime on welds: 15 years on the bed frame: 2 years on the drive system; 1 year on wood products, casters, handsets, and miscellaneous parts. Med-Mizer’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for, or replacing, at its option, any product which is, in the sole discretion of Med-Mizer, found to be defective. This warranty does not cover failure due to negligence, accident, abuse or installation
not in accordance with the company’s instructions or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

If requested by Med-Mizer, products or parts for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned prepaid to MedMizer’s factory. Any improper use or any alteration or repair by others in such manner as in Med-Mizer’s judgment affects the product materially and adversely shall void this warranty.

1. Service Policy 

a. First 30-day service policy

  1.  If there is an issue with a bed in the first 30 days of the beds ship date, customer is requested to have a consultation call to try and diagnose the issue. If parts are needed to resolve the issue Med-Mizer will send parts at no cost to the customer to resolve the issue.
  2. If the customer cannot diagnose and resolve the issue, Med-Mizer may send a technician if deemed necessary.

b. Limited warranty

  1.  If there is an issue with a bed within the warranty period, customer is requested to have a consultation call to try and diagnose the issue. If parts are needed to resolve the issue MedMizer will send parts at no cost to the customer to resolve the issue.
  2. Warranted parts are shipped a no charge. It will include a return label to return non-conforming part.
  3. If a technician is requested by customer, the customer must pay upfront fee by credit card prior to dispatching service technician. NOTE: The average cost for technician is $150/hour.

If customer requests to have the product returned within the first 30 days of ship date, customer will be reimbursed for invoice minus a 25% restocking fee, shipment cost to have the bed returned and the cost of mattress (if purchased).
