Tools Required:

Wire cutters

Pliers

14mm socket wrench (or 9/16”)

14mm wrench (or 9/16”), or an adjustable wrench

12mm socket wrench (or ½”)

6mm hex wrench

 

 

Uncrating Steps:

Use the wire cutters to remove the plastic ties securing the wood panels

Use the wire cutters to cut the wires securing the metal cross braces on top of the crate, and remove the cross braces.

 

Use the 14mm socket and wrench to unbolt and remove the diagonal metal braces

With a helper, lift and remove the metal frame off of top of the crate, and remove the plywood panels

Use the 14mm socket and wrench to remove the remaining bolts that secure the frames at the front and rear of the crate

With a helper, lift and remove the front and rear metal frames

 

Use the wire cutters and pliers to cut and remove the wires that secure each of the four wheels to the bottom of the crate

 

Remove the protective padding

 

Open the rear charging port, and move the master power switch from the Off position to On.

 

Drive or roll the Q-Runner off the bottom frame of the crate. If it won’t drive off, place wood under the wheels for traction. This may take some effort and some extra hands.

Locate the front and rear bumpers, and mirrors stored inside the Q-Runner

Use a 12mm socket wrench to install the front and rear bumpers

Use a 6mm hex wrench to remove the bolts for the rear mirrors, and install the rear mirrors
