- Unlimited customer and technical support available within the USA
- 4-year warranty on the structural framework
- 2-year no-cost replacement for covered parts
- 1-year complete care with no-cost parts and labor, including in-home service if needed
- Kyota arranges covered parts and authorized service provider for in-home repairs at no charge to the customer
- If a specific part is no longer available, Kyota may replace the product with a similar one, with the retail replacement value not exceeding the original net price
- Repairs during the 3-year parts warranty require the consumer to cover shipping, duties, and brokerage fees for non-covered or expired coverage parts
- Structure warranty covers steel and steel-welded parts of the frame
- Consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees for replacements issued under parts or structure warranty
- Kyota will repair or replace defective parts at their discretion and within a reasonable timeframe
- Field Service is available in the United States with pre-approval and performed by Kyota-authorized personnel to maintain warranty coverage
Warranty Exclusions:
- Exclusions include improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, alterations/modifications, improper electrical/power supply use, loss of power, electrical disturbances/surges, physical damage, improper use/maintenance, failure to follow instructions, transportation damage, theft, abuse, neglect, vandalism, environmental conditions, and products purchased from unauthorized dealers
- Shipping and handling damage is not covered
- Natural wear and tear of foams, filling composites, fabrics, leather variations, and attachments are not considered defects
Return and Exchange Policy:
- 30-day money-back guarantee
- 10% restocking fee applies
- Products must be returned in resalable condition with original or reasonably equivalent packaging (at manufacturer's discretion)
- Customer is responsible for a $399 fee for removal, disassembly, and repackaging if necessary
- White Glove or threshold delivery fees are non-refundable
- Extended warranty purchases will be refunded if the chair is returned within 30 days
- Refunds are processed within one week of product receipt at the manufacturer's facility

- Exchanges for a different model are allowed within 30 days, subject to standard return policies and associated charges.
